At DoSomething, I spearheaded the strategy, creation, and execution of four unique newsletters, each one sent to a segmented audience, which drove a 42% increase in audience sentiment (net promoter score). In 2022, I began writing newsletters for the Oscar®-winning production company Participant Media — boosting the company’s monthly open rate by 8.3 percentage points over 2021 and 14.4 percentage points over 2020.
